Update on Snowstorm at Olden Oasis Homestead
Today is not your average day at the homestead. Snow is a rare sight around these parts, so when it does decide to grace us with its presence, it's definitely cause for excitement. So, I put a short video together to share with you all.
Update on the snow:
We've currently got a solid 6 inches of that chilly white stuff covering the ground. The snow is still coming down, and the temperature is hovering around a brisk 25 degrees. It's not quite as bone-chilling as it has been all week, but this southern belle is still feeling the cold! Brrr! ❄️☃️⛄❄️☃️⛄❄️
I'm just grateful we didn't have to deal with any ice in this winter weather. Apparently, this is the most snow Arkansas has seen in over 17 years. Now that's what I call a snowstorm worth talking about!
